Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-15

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Exora app and website. By using Exora, you agree to these terms.

Use of Exora

Exora is provided as a productivity, accountability, and execution support tool. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

No guarantee of outcomes

Exora is intended to support focus, follow-through, and consistency, but it does not guarantee personal, financial, educational, or professional outcomes.

Focus Pools and leaderboards

Exora provides group accountability rooms called Focus Pools. You agree to use these pools respectfully, not post offensive usernames, profiles, or goals, and not abuse or manipulate the invite system and ranked leaderboards.

Pool owners may remove members from their pool or block members from rejoining when needed to protect the group experience. Exora may restrict unsafe, abusive, sexual, violent, illegal, or harassing content in public-facing pool text.

Protection modes and Android permissions

Blocking, Minimalist, and Both modes are optional focus tools. Android permissions such as Accessibility Service, usage access, alarms, and notifications must be enabled by you and can be changed in system settings.

User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Exora, what information you enter into it, and what actions you take based on the app's output.

Accounts, settings, and local data

Depending on the version of Exora you use, some data may be stored locally on your device or synced to your cloud account. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any account credentials.

Subscriptions and purchases

Exora may offer EXORA Pro subscriptions through supported app stores: weekly at $2 with a 3-day free trial, monthly at $10 with a 7-day free trial, and annual at $100 with a 14-day free trial. Regional pricing, offers, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store provider where you subscribe. Pro access may unlock additional focus sessions, protection tools, sync, Focus Pools, schedules, and insights.

Account deletion

Where supported, you may request or start account deletion from inside the app. Deleting an account can remove account-linked cloud data, but local device data, backups, store purchase records, or legally retained records may follow separate retention rules.

Intellectual property

Exora, including its branding, interface, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

Availability

Exora may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Exora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Exora after changes means you accept the revised terms.
